                              • Modest Needs
                                Modest Needs provides small grants for low income families. “Modest Needs' grant programs are designed PRIMARILY to assist individuals and families who generally are able to pay their monthly bills with no help from anyone, who don't qualify for conventional types of social or charitable assistance, and who are facing a financial crisis because they've encountered a single, unexpected expense they just can't afford on their own.” Some examples of grants are broken stove, car repair, heating bills and other independent living skills needs.
                              • National Autism Association
                                Provides grants for family in need of services for their children who have a diagnosis of autism. “The Helping Hand Program provides families with financial assistance in getting necessary biomedical treatments, supplements and therapy services for their autistic child. Do not apply for this grant if you are seeking funds for respite care, fencing, trampolines, swing sets, trips to Disney World, etc.” Some examples of services provided: biomedical treatments, supplements or therapies (this does include summer camp programs).

                              • United Healthcare
                                The United Healthcare Children's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to facilitating access to medical-related services that have the potential to significantly enhance either the clinical condition or the quality of life of the child and that are not fully covered by the available commercial health benefit plan. This “support” is in the form of a medical grant to be used for medical services not covered or not completely covered by commercial health benefit plans.” Some examples of services provided: speech therapy, physical therapy, wheelchairs and hearing aids.

                                Disability Rights Washington (DRW) is a private non-profit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities statewide. Our mission is to advance the dignity, equality, and self-determination of people with disabilities. We work to pursue justice on matters related to human and legal rights.
                                We provide free advocacy services to people with disabilities. Contact us for:

                              • Dussault Law Group
                                Our practice focuses on serving individuals who experience disabling conditions, their families and the professionals who serve them. We also provide general estate planning services.
                              • PAL Washington
                                The Partnership Access Line (PAL) is a telephone based child mental health consultation system funded by the state legislature, being implemented now in Washington State. PAL employs child psychiatrists, child psychologists, and social workers affiliated with Seattle Children’s Hospital to deliver its consultation services. Though PAL is only contracted to provide service to 1/3rd of the state, at this time the PAL team is making itself available to any primary care provider throughout Washington.
                                Washington’s primary care providers are encouraged to call the PAL toll free number 866-599-7257 as often as they would like. PAL provides rapid consultation responses during business hours (M-F, 8-5) for any type of child mental health issue that arises with any child.

                                The Partnership for Prescription Assistance helps qualifying patients without prescription drug coverage get the medicines they need for free or nearly free. Our mission is to increase awareness of patient assistance programs and boost enrollment of those who are eligible. We offer a single point of access to more than 475 public and private programs, including nearly 200 offered by pharmaceutical companies. We have already helped millions of Americans get free or reduced-cost prescription medicines.
