November 19 Homework
While leadership abilities have many applications in work and life, the focus of our program is voluntary leadership in the developmental disabilities community. The Leadership Development Series is an excellent personal and professional development experience for selected volunteers from Island & Skagit Counties. • The results are projects that build volunteer capacity and committees that assist people with developmental disabilities and their families. • It creates a mutual support network that provides program alumni with a learning community. • This program supports the pursuit of challenges and increase participant’s motivation and commitment to personal and professional excellence. This project is funded by:
♦ Skagit County Community Services ♦ Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council ♦ The Arc of Island & Skagit & The Parent Coalition |
